Do I fit into the Peak Frost?
Our Peak Frost Ice Tub has been designed to fit people of all sizes up to 2 meters (or 6'6) tall.
How fast & easy is the set-up?
The Ice Tub can be set up in just 5-10 minutes. Setting up the Ice Tub is super quick - simply unfold it, inflate the air ring with the supplied pump and it's ready to use! The assembly is really easy. All you need is a stable surface on which to place the Ice Tub. Then you can fill it with water. Depending on the garden hose, this takes approx. 15-20 minutes.
How Can I Keep the water and the tub clean?
It is advisable to put the lid on after use so that nothing can get into the water.
In the colder seasons, the Peak Frost Ice Tub is low maintenance as there is much less bacteria in the water in cold temperatures than in warm temperatures and you can change the water every few weeks if necessary.
In the warmer seasons, however, more frequent cleaning is required to keep the water fresh and clean, so every week to every 2/3 weeks is a good rule of thumb.
If the Ice Tub is in need of a clean-up, it is advisable to use warm soapy water to do so.
How is the water kept cold?
The Peak Frost Ice Tub has a five-layer insulation system and a thermal lid. These ensure that the temperature is maintained.
In order to maintain the peak frost in the water, we recommend to keep the Peak Frost Ice Tub under some sort of shading.
